Multilingual tutorial for TFC noobs

May I make a suggestion? Why not post your expertise on Hints & Tips as well how to install a TFC server in German, French as well as Dutch?
I've just recently posted the Tutorials on the principles on how to play and create CS servers provided here.

Because most TFC sites over that past 11 years had vanished. So if we have any new players in RV TFC and cannot understand how to play it then maybe when they use Google Search they will pick up here when they query on finding "How to play TFC?" in their Google.
